Yes, as stated by SahierKHLover, a CIA file will work with everything modded. I have ones uploaded on the iso and chaos site. But they are not cryptofixed to work on lesser firmware.

One of my friends has the same set up as yours, 11.3 and luma3ds with a9lh. The CIA will launch fine depending on your luma config.

Los Memes wont work with these activated turned on:
-Patch SVC/service/archive/ARM9 access
-Enable region/language emulation and external .code
-Enable FIRMs and modules loading from SD

In addition, a New3DS will have issues when running the Cia of the hack. An old 3ds will work fine. Try using a LayeredFS with NTR if theres no success.

The one linked is the latest update to the layeredfs. Tell me what the outcome is.

For the New3ds, I've tried NTR and HANS. Both work fine. The CIA works best on the old3ds. If there's still no success, try installing the leaked CIA for Moon or Sun. I've worked on those to make this hack. I don't know if this would matter, but try if you need.

Unfortunately, after following the instructions, I get (INVALID) for ROM, and "ballin" when I try to use code. I love things like this, but sometimes you get errors and it gets frustrating. Especially when you try since 3PM and eventually give up at 8.

I'm not good at recording videos or editing them. But if you want an easier way to install this, try using a CIA file. I have this ROM Hack posted on that chaos site and that iso site.

SVC/service/archive/ARM9 access can be enabled. The rest is fine.

Hold the Select button on your 3DS while booting up, it'll show the luma3ds configuration screen. In which you can either activate or deactivate those options.

Try to update to latest hourly version of Luma3ds. That's what I saw when I researched this problem.

I'm new as well, and am almost done. It depends on if you have a regular 3DS(or 2DS) or if you have a New!3DS.

I do, but NTR won't boot. It does not appear on the home menu or anything. All I need is to boot it, then I could play it.
