considering the limited resources it needed, yeah it was a lot then, but now, the standard game is much higher than that.
(that's partially conjecture on my part...)

I am buying this day 1 without thought. For me this is a System Seller if I didn't already own a 3ds. It definately brightened my 3ds outlook. I suspect with the touch controls, this game could reallllyy shine.

Oh it might have an option or two not used from the PC version, somehting that didn't translate to handheld well, but all in all I suspect N-space and Atari can pull it off to my satisfaction. I still have all my orignal disks. It is still one of my two favorite games, the other being Civilization 3.

And I was worried that the 3ds would be all action games (adventures or FPS or something along those lines) and no strategy or management style games such as Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Please Nintendo, make it a well balanced showing off all types please.

Don't get me wrong, I like action too, just not to the exclusion of Strategy, managament simulation etc...

ok shutting up now

Ha! the memories coming back at me ! I grew up playing this game and I still have the first game, never really got into the second or third (I've played them all before, but I gave the second and third to my cousins

). Can't wait to see some actual game-play, WHO knows I may just pre-order it.

Teaser video released which basically confirms the game if it wasn't clear before.

RC1 was the first game my parents bought me, I hope this is good and they don't ruin it.

But if it is good then it will be my reason to get a 3DS

I totally missed this topic, and I need to say YES DAMN! I love roller coaster tycoon very much, great to see they'll make a 3d version!
