risks of using Pokémon HOME on a CFW Switch?

Hi. I have a CFW Switch with Atmosphère, with the following games:
2018 Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!
2019 Pokémon Shield
2022 Pokémon Legends: Arceus
2022 Pokémon Violet
Not a perfect IV / Shiny collector but am considering to download Pokémon HOME from Tinfoil as I won't be able to connect to the "official Nintendo Network" so if I need to "trade evolve" or "trade tutor" moves it will be a lot of hassle, although my Smogon team for all the above games do not require such maneuvers.

Just wondering if there's any risks to this. I don't hack in-game at all. Thanks.

Huge risk, if anything it's a definite yes. Especially if those games aren't ones you've bought from the eshop yourself
