RGLoader has been updated again.

This version fixes a lot of bugs present on v300 as wel as adding support for 16MB Phat consoles.

Currently these are the boards that are supported:
Xenon - jTAG
Zephyr - jTAG/RGH/RGH2
Falcon - jTAG/RGH/RGH2
Opus - jTAG/RGH/RGH2
Jasper/Kronos - jTAG/RGH/RGH2
Trinity - RGH
Corona - RGH
