RGH Xbox 360 not recognizing discs

I recently went to iraq and my uncle had a bundle of xbox 360 discs he previously used for his rgh console (10-15 years ago). i brought them to the UK and they just arent working. normal discs work but when i put these discs in it says "play DVD" and when i play it, it says "please insert an xbox 360 disc" infront of a white screen. I have a jasper board with RGH 3

Are they original games or burnt discs? An rgh console still needs a flashed dvd drive to read backups if they aren't original copies.
