A question if you (or anyone!) can answer - will we have to install pegaswitch first to use retroarch or other homebrew? I'm a total noob and it looked pretty complicated.
it's not for the end user atm

it was told on discord , and i dont think it will replace the album yet (ScriesM told on Discord that we cant install Custom Titels until we have a CFW) so no CFW we need to use Pegaswitch to run things

Launching the HBL from SD with the help of PegaSwitch?
Or will the exploit stay installed to a certain app to then grab the HBL executable from SD?

well thats what i dont know , i think we will run pegaswitch and maybe an nro file of hbl ? or its even something like ace loader idk

Well whatever it might be, I just hope it's setup in a way that makes it more user accessible.
I am guessing some sort of PegaSwitch initial installation for the HBL file to boot from a certain app, taking the NRO from SD. Of course the exploit would only be functional until a reboot is done, kind of like the 4.5 exploits for 3DS were handlded back in the day.

Thankfully the Switch has an Android like sleep mode to aliviate the reboot issues.

Thanks for the heads up btw ;)

I have no problem waiting even a couple of years. I have no interest in setting up and/or using something that's not permanent and user friendly. Until that happens I'll pay for what I want. I know we'll get there but I'm curious about the short term stuff.
