OK i did a fresh install with hekate and atmosphere and still, after some images thumbnails go black and then it freezes and have to close retroarch and reopen it. So what could it be.

Al filles are new and sd formattted in fat32 with 32kb clusters, so... i dont know what can i do...

90% of the questions in here are variations of those motives, you realize that? All of that is "I cant be bothered - someone do it for me" stuff. None of those is actually a "new" or even interesting issue. Most of them are usererror related. Commuity doesnt mean, you do nothing - and try to get all you knowledge by asking others that actually read.

its not fake i did it in 3 different sd Samsung evo 16gb, samsung evo plus 128gb and samsung evo plus 64gb, and it happens in those three cards. thos are from amazon direct buy from them no resellers. i always did a test on sd cars to be sure those are not fake.

Reproduction steps? You are very likely to do something wrong. Double check if you really formatted with 32kb clustersize

yes i know it works flawlessly without thumbnails in SX atmosphere etc. i only have problems when i add thumbnails

Reproduction steps? You are very likely to do something wrong. Double check if you really formatted with 32kb clustersize

i launch ppayload from tegra and, select cfw, then album, it launcher hbmenu and load reatroarch. yep 32kb clusters Full format, not quick...

Actually there's one big reason why not to support them, SXOS is closed source. If an issue exist it's made a lot harder to figure out of the issue is caused by RetroArch or by SXOS. The SX team is constantly pushing out broken updates and only making it harder to keep up with by having their source closed off. Why support them when they make it harder to support them? It's far easier and far more beneficial just focus on open source teams over them.
