Regarding the GBA, is mGBA or gpsp the best?

Wasn't gpsp considered superior once upon a time? I never bothered with it personally but that's where my thought sits at...

Also has anyway made a filter for the Gameboy or GBA so it mimics the looks of these screen, i know shaders are out of the question but wondered if there were any filters that gave similar results?

...So you can pretend to need the powers of a thousand suns just to see the screen? How unintuitive!

I don't follow NES emulation so much, but Nestopia claims cycle accuracy.

I only happen to ask that because Nestopia was the PC emulator I happened to use and it's worked for me. I guess I'll give it a go then.

Haha, no not replicate that but more so the Green Pea Soup pallet and the grid looks to the screen like this....

and like this for the GBA....

Ahh...
Shouldn't there be an overlay for that? And doesn't Gambatte have palette options?
It's been so long since I last used 3DS Libretro so bear with me. >.<

Yeah theres palette options but none that get the green pea soup shade :(. Sadly the 3ds version doesnt seem to have overlays, thats why i asked about a filter

Then what was that Overlays folder I just deleted...?
I'll admit though, I don't miss Pea Soup green that much... but that's me. I prefer greyscale or the colorized options, usually the latter. (^^;

When using the PSONE emulator should I be installing the CIA to sysnand 9.2 or emunand 10.7? Where should I put the bios to increase performance and which bios should I be using?

You'd almost be able to get an effect like this if the Retroarch Devs enable the 3D slider. I hope they do this soon, as it increases the pixel density and gives you a much sharper image while it's enabled (even if there's no actual 3d effect).

retroarch pcsx N3DS, how to adjust the screen problem, I do not see the text at the bottom of the screen in Resident Evil 3.
Where are you installing your pscx cia to? sysnand 9.2 or emunand 10.x? which bios are you using and where did you put in on your microsd? I can't get THPS2 to run at a playable speed on my new 3ds xl

Not sure if anything has changed in Picodrive recently, but Doom on 32X now runs at 60fps on N3DS with Picodrive! I swear it didn't used to!

Here's a video!

does it run 60 fps ingame or just the main menu demo?

tbh the only 32x games i tryed were star wars arcade(crashed if i recall)
spider man web of fire wich played at alike 30 fps on my new3ds.

It runs at 60fps in-game.

Generally, all 2D games should run at 60fps whereas 3D games should hover around 30. However, Doom runs at 60.

It's not so bad. Decent framerate, and you can download an 'expanded' version that has all the removed levels added back in. It's much more playable than the Snes version.

The main issue is that John Carmack was forced to rush it to meet the 32X release. Hence the low detail textures and smaller window.
