I'm very tempted to just sell my Gateway 3DS. But I guess I could wait until after the weekend, just in case of that 1% chance they actually do release it.

      @mstrasser_ We don't know how long it will take. We want the firmware to be stable and safe. We hope it will not take more than a few weeks.

I'm with everyone that's been frustrated with having to wait cause we're all about instant gratification these days,

Not everyone here is pissy simply because it was not released within a week. The fact that they were saying "couple days away" for a month, then absent for a month, and are now saying "couple days away" again is the irritating part, with no concrete release date.

That's not their Twitter. The information on their site specifically says any and all contact is done through their email and webpage, they do not use social media.

Dang... with 670+ followers, I thought it was legit. Either way, I'm sitting here patiently (okay maybe impatiently) to see how this round plays out. One card to rule them all. Which shall it be?

Lol, I wouldn't trust that twitter account..... If you scroll down a tad, you can see they say something along the lines of "There is no malicious code in our software"

May be they start answering mail again to make us believe that they're still alive and about to release 2.0. So that they can clear out their stock and move on with new FC

tbh at this point if the whole gateway = evo rumor was true, gateway should of already sold on most/all of their stock to resellers, claiming 2.0 final is still on its way would only damage the sales of their new card

Speculating when the update will be released has always turned into a huge fight here. When it's released it'll be pretty well known, you'll hear about it on their website, you'll hear about it here in the forum, and you'll most likely even see it on the front page. For now, let's sit tight for a few more days and see what happens.
