Hacking Resident Evil Darkside run problem (no DVD)

hi.
i have a modded wii with d2ckey. my firmware is 4.0U and also i have installed cios38 Rev14.
i play most of the game with disc channel and some games with problem like wii sports resort with neogamma.
but i cant Resident Evil Darkside. when i put it in my wii it doesnt recognize the game. also i tried neogamma but it says no DVD!
i have tested it in many wiis without modchip and its working but in my wii fails. i can play it with USB but i want to load disc.
also other games have this problem in my wii like pes2010 and metallica.
whats the problem?
please help me.

no, seriously, your drive is dying or your lens is dirty. It just so happens that this is the first disc that is giving issues.

neo gamma dosen't recognize it but it recognize and load all other games. the problem is just with RE.
