Hacking <Request> YouTube Channel wad

My wii shop won't open properly and crashes everytime I open it. I tried installing Shop v21 but it doesn't work... (firmware 4.3U) But I still want to use the YouTube channel...could someone please make a .wad?

Have you tried updating IOS 61 and (installing if not present) 62?

Sharing wad files is illegal.
update your IOS like DarkmatterCore said, verify your internet/region settings.

Just use ModMii and update ur whole Wii, then just open Wii Shop Channel and download yourself.

shop v21 runs on the most current 56...you can get it from modmii
