Could that be possible? I mean, without the browser. Nintendo 3DS have an app called 3ds controller that let you use your 3ds like a controller for pc.
Would be could and easier, for play Cemu for example.
And would be possible to use the gyro in the pc?

I think RemotePad is what you're looking for, but I'm not sure about gyro controls.
