Homebrew [REQUEST] ROM hack manager like JKSM

So I thought of an idea for a good homebrew that could help a lot of people. This could either be implemented into luma(probably not) or be it's own app. I'm thinking of an app that is almost exactly like JKSM except it manager your rom hack for a specific game. You would put all your rom hack in a specific folder with proper names on the folders instead of a title id, then when you select the rom hack in the app it moves the folder into luma/titles/ and renamed it to the title ID of the game, or into /plugins if you want to use NTR. You could potentially even use the same code as JKSM but I'm not sure. I thought this would be good to suggest now that luma LayeredFS is a thing.

Yeah, I'm (kinda) developing my own romhack for a game, but I want to play others too. So that's how I came up with this

It will be a good idea for that app to backup the save of the game and to save it in the hack folder and import save from the loaded hack. It will help if you want (or need) multiple saves for rom hacks. This can be optional.

It's entirely possible, you just need a program that renames a few files.
