a pretty cool guy asking, apparently in good faith but against the rules, for a download of a commercial game with a romhack already applied

You should ask for just the individual modified files (which are probably publicly available in the first place) and, assuming you use Luma, use its layeredfs (game patching) feature to load them instead of the matching files from the unmodified game (never needing to download another copy of the whole game - that's part of why layeredfs became an almost instant hit after it was invented)

As far as I know there is a user who made this mod possible but the thread was deleted
