I need to know how to Update the pkgi.txt File so I can use the .pkg Files. Seems NPS, when I go to transfer from my PC to my Vita, the "Size on Disk" gets a BIG Increase from hell. I managed to Format the Card after transferring everything, and setting it to 64kb Allocation Size. Now I got a LOT of Space back. But for the Users that prefer the pkg File way, I need to know how to get the .txt File Updated, to use the latest Files.

You have to do it yourself.
Setup games databases URLs in ux0:Pkgj/config.txt. The file format is the following:

    url_games http://thesite/games.tsv
    url_updates http://thesite/updates.tsv
    url_dlcs http://thesite/dlcs.tsv
    url_psx_games http://thesite/psxgames.tsv
    url_psp_games http://thesite/pspgames.tsv
    url_psm_games http://thesite/psmgames.tsv
    url_comppack http://thesite/comppack/

Attention: The PS Vita has an imcomplete HTTPS support and most sites will not work, prefer HTTP in these cases.

The url_comppack URL must point to the folder containing the entries.txt file.

Make sure unsafe mode is enabled in Henkaku settings.

Then start the application and you are ready to go.
You get the URLs from the NPS Readme spreadsheet.

If I Connect to the Internet with my Vita, will it Update the .pkgi.txt File to allow Installing from a .pkg instead of DL with the Vita?

I actually don't think you can do that.
If you're downloading PKGs to your PC to copy over, I'd just use the NP browser.
Pretty sure there's no way to just copy over a PKG and install it. I might be wrong, though. I'm still fairly new to the hacked Vita community, and in addition to not really using PKGJ or NPS, I've just taken the easy way out on most things.

Go to the Site with the PKG File Listings (the .pkg Files that have every Letter and Number in it). Download a .pkg File. Move to the Vita in the ux0:Pkgi/ Directory. Run PKGi, scroll down to the Game Name/Region. Press X to Install it.
That is what I am referring to.

Couldn’t you just grab the games on pc then put in apps then just refresh live area? Why bother with pkgi ?
Unless they aren’t nondrm or whatever the newer latest dl game formats is

Then the Size on Disk will be larger than the actual Size. At least with PKGi, it will be more closer together, and will not be a difference in the Size that much

Nah, don't worry about that. It shouldn't be an issue.

I’d say just use pkgj and just use vita to dl. Yeh it’s not super fast but it’s not too bad. And u can leave it and screen turns off but it will keep downloading. Says it doesn’t in sleep mode but it’s always worked on mine. U can dl up to 4 at once.

    A) you mean PKGj or PKGi? B) is using nonpdrm C) the size in NPS Database is the size of PKG, so it possible that is a bit bigger on storage since the pkg is the singular file of the entire game D) make sure you don't have unfinished game download in PKGj/PKGi since it does not auto delete the unfinished game downloads(for resume purpose)

    A: PKGi I Version
B: NoNpDRM .pkg Files (Files that have yfhgvESkjhkjgbjv.pkg as the File Names
C and D: Actually, it was a Card Formatting Issue. I think the Allocation Size was higher than 64kb Allocation Size. Hence why a 700MB Game (after getting Unpacked and ready to move to ux0:app ) became a 1.##GB waist of space.
