Can someone with knowledge about homebrew and programming make a CIA that changes Date&Time on the 3ds please?
I am a Gateway user, and everytime I enter settings to change the Date/Time, it reverts back to sysnand.
I just wanna time abuse some daily items in some roms I play.
I believe it should be relatively easy to do.
Thanks in advance.

Is there any reason to believe that posting requests here gets them fulfilled? Has it ever happened even once?

I know there is a developers tool called config. It loads and adjust way quicker than the system settings app, but it still needs a reboot ;)(it won't go back to the home menu, unless I compiled it wrong)

That is the problem. The reboot. It takes my system like 2 minutes to reboot to emunand. If I could just open an app, change time, open the game, collect the items, and change it back I would take at most 20 seconds. Seems like a very small difference, but if you are trying to farm daily runes from a game its the difference between getting one item or six.

Dunno about the 3DS section, but I've requested adjustments to particular Wii homebrew on this site before, and people have happily made the changes and posted the program I was looking for, sometime within 24 hours or even less of being asked. So i wouldn't say its unheard of.

As ground have said before, there is already a tool that does what I want. Its in the sdk devkit, the config.cia/.csu .
The problem with it is that it won't go to home menu when I press the button when using it, so I have to reboot. Maybe it is just easier to make the config.cia that already exists able to go to home menu.

Then I have a request for a tool. Can someone write a program that, when run inside EmuNAND, changes the system language of the EmuNAND to a specified language? (Note that many games support more languages than you can select from the normal system settings screen.)

Almost every time? What does this have to do with the original post?

Useless. You have to reboot the 3DS when you setup a new date time. So just use settings.
You can always go in System Settings using HANS and it doesn't reboot. The trash on the screen sometimes doesn't even clear. So you don't have to reboot.

First, check the dates on the posts quoted. xD
But HANS? Really? But going into the homebrew launcher in emunand for me means no coming back, after I'm in the HBL, choosing the emunand freezes my system.

I know, I already saw the bumps, haha
Anyway, HBL in emuNAND works for me. And since for a while using emuNAND was the only way to use the HBL .cia in the first place.
