ROM Hack [Request/Help] Hacking music for Yo-kai Watch 2 Bony Spirits (or any game really)

Is it possible to change music in any 3Ds game? Or Yokai watch 2 in particular?

I'm trying to change it's battle theme with the one in Puzzles and Dragons Z.

Sorry for DP, but can anyone change the title and add Request/Help: before it? I don't want anyone confused.

You can change music form any game with a dump of the game itself and efe plus a bcstm maker and use luma's layeredFS to run the edits
I tried this on planet robobot and it worked, still dont know how to loop them though

What if no one made a dump of it? How would I make it myself?

The best way for a cart is to chainload decrypt9 with old luma, use godmode9 for boot9strap luma but with a digital ver use braindump
