"Ported". But it only engine. You need originals game files from Steam-version.CS1.6 wasn't ported to android. I believe it was emulated.
Okay... =(It has been asked before many times. Yes, it is possible but will require a lot of rewriting. Not only on the rendering and sound parts, but the way it handles the game code itself since it will have to be statically compiled into a single binary.
I've ported Quake and Duke3D, trust me when I say its not that simple.Rinnegatamante portet some big titles e.g.:
ctrHexenII > Hexen II porting for Nintendo 3DS.
or
ctrWolfen > Wolfenstein 3D port for Nintendo 3DS.
i think this could be the same method here?
I wouldn't say worthless, the controls on the N3DS is far better but I've enjoyed playing on my 2DS. And the DS had some decent FPS games (Metroid). If FPS games weren't worthless on the o3ds, I would consider it.

I THOUGHT I SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED "HALF LIFE 3(DS)", not XASH....After CS1,6 and Half-life was porting on Android, i think it would be nice having Half-life on N3DS. Controls from Dreamcast, Xash3D Sources. Why not? Is it possible? Or stupid idea?
@MasterFeizz where is the semi working protobot?
I swear once this makes way, IT HAS TO BE CALLED "HALF LIFE 3(DS)"
It's not a prototype, its half-life running on ctrQuake. Most of the time it crashes during the portal opening part, but if you skip that it kinda works.
