Nevermind, I'll fucking do it.
Asshole American websites that sell the R4i Save Dongle don't want to take my money.
My information on the Action Replay is too shaky, with 2 manufactured versions and other bs.
Not paying $30 for the NDS Adapter Plus, lol

So I'll be dedicating a big portion of my time (like a lot of hours) on making a DS save manager homebrew for the 3ds. If even possible at this point.
I have no other options.
is there some way to hack the Poké transporter? it's a start point...

Where is this at present? (since it's currently not in a working state) Is it still being developed?

That would be a question to ask @TuxSH himself. This is something a lot of people want, but seeing as he mentioned cfw, this would mean it would definitely need kernel access + TWL firm access, so no normal homebrew 3dsx would work for this kind of thing, you'd need 9.2.

If i'm not mistaken, it should be possible to extract the transporter out via devmenu or something in that nature. After that, someone would have to reverse engineer it and look into the coding to see how it works and what calls it uses, but speculation is is that it's going to use TWL firm (and maybe shared IO if i'm not mistaken either).

even if you Had a DSi.. still not really possible for the same reasons we cant "FOR NOW' on the 3DS in DSMode, (DSi reboots if memory serves when teh carts taken out). so you;d need a Original DSPhat or DSLite to use Homebrew that did Swapping or Wireless Save management.

Nice necro btw.
Atm TWLSaveTool uses FS's ARCHIVE_CARD_SPIFS (see 3dbrew) which is kinda broken.
I've tried to RE PokéTransporter but it uses some obscure things that I can't understand.

I've been told on #3dsdev that only a connector, that can be bridged, prevents card swapping.

A DS save manager in 3DS mode would be very hard to accomplish, I remember Smealum said that himself. The reason why we have the Poké Transporter is because B/W/2 are special games optimized for the DSi. It seems like only DSi enhanced games can be read from 3DS mode.

not with kernel access its not since you have control over the 3ds all you need to get it to do is read data on the card and it will see the save data file

whys there no ds tool for cfw then

Most likely because a ds tool is more complicated to get running on a 3ds than a 3ds app would be.

If anything, it'd probably have to be ran through DSmode, which even then, i don't know how plausible it would be.
