I need something like this to extract Animal Crossing: New Leaf voice sound effects, and other sounds. This would really be useful for many people.

Use 3DS Audio Ripper / CWAV Dumper

There's no importer thing, the only way is to use CWAV converter and Hex editor.

It doesn't list the location of the sounds, or name of the sounds.

Audio Dumper cannot list names for sound, only named with Hex.
I was planning of making bcwav importer (with Python) but I have no skill of programming/coding, I'll see if I can do :/
