Actually I recently bought a CycloDS iEvolution from www.realhotstuff.hk
They have fair prices and good free shipping internationally, I only waited two weeks.

I can personally recommend R4i-gold.co.uk, they are UK based and will have the dstwo in stock on 5th april, I got my Acekard 2i from them in 3 working days, (arrived today) with the 3ds update pre-installed, all i needed was the AKAIO files to throw on the sd card.
