Hacking replacing R4i-SDHC with?

Hello after my R4i-sdhc flashcart decided not to work i thought id look on the internet on how to fix it but i quickly found out how it was obsolete compared to other flashcarts (i feel stupid for buying another whenever the latest update came out) anyway i wanted to ask which other flashcart i should get?
Im interested in the r4i gold 3ds model but would also like to know the difference between it and the "plus" model.
Also i live in the uk so if anyone could help and tell me where to get one from a website in the uk that would be great.

The "Plus" model is something different by a different team and doesn't have Wood support, don't go for it.

Those are the three to choose from nowadays, they appear to be the right products on that site too.

While it may be tempting to go for the microSD bundles, cheap MicroSD cards from chinese/import sites are often crap.

More info on the "Plus"
the original R4 team died in 2007.
ever since people have been using the name R4 but really they are clones and may die in a short while because of bad builds.
people post on their forums and the guys reply back to buy their newest clones.
thats how it works.
so do not get any r4i (gold) other then http://www.3dscardsh...nd-ds-p-38.html this one.
or just get another card such as the acekard or supercard dstwo.
