My issue!

So I've had issues formatting hard drives with multiple partitions on my computer, so I wanted to ask some experts before I try to do this. I've recently hacked my switch using the guide to only hack an sd card using emuNAND, but found out I have no use for the hack. It was a proof of concept experiment. Iibswitch back to my old ad card and saved that for hack experiments, but My switch just updated to a new os. I figured that sd card is now useless, and I want to wipe it and use it as a normal ad card but I dont want to eff up and corrupt the caad.
Question here!
Would I just format it on my pc like normal or is there something special I need to do to make sure that both the storage partition and the hekate partition are both removed? Sorry If this question is already answere . I was in able to find anyone asking the same question and dont want to mess up a perfect 128gig sd.
