Hacking Removed weather channel - How to bring it back?

Hi everyone,

While softmodding a friend's Wii, I wanted to remove his duplicate weather and news channels that he got from updating with a game from another region. So I fired up AnyTitle Deleter... and removed HAFA, the title necessary for all weather channels to work.

Is there any way I can bring it back, or did I just screw his weather channel forever?

You should be able to download the weather channel wads with NUSD, then install them with wad manager. I have copies of channels I deleted if I ever want them back, because I deleted them to have more nand space.
