Hacking Reliable Flash Card Review Website

Hi, I'm looking for a reliable flash card review website. Also looking for somewhere reputable to buy one.

I've looked at many websites such as http://www.nds-card.com/ but have trouble determining the best flash card for me. It seems to be generic descriptions.

I am only looking to play DS games on my 3DS, which from my understanding I can get a cheaper one - but don't want to lack functionality.

If you have CFW then you can use TWLoader, its not perfect but its good enough for me.

The various flashcarts these days are all very similar. Most of them run Wood R4 so the UI is the same. Others run variations on ttmenu or the original R4 menu, which aren't as good. However a lot of them have a built in time bomb where once the 3DS' set date passes a certain date, the flashcart stops working.

It doesn't have a time bomb and it has RTS. Other than that it's just your standard Wood R4 but it is still one of the best flashcarts on the market.
At that price, you can't really go wrong.

About Wood R4

Wood R4 is a modified version of the Acekard Kernel to run on R4, M3 Simply, and R4i Gold (r4ids.cn.) It's basically praised for introducing all of the Acekard features so it basically had almost all the same features as akAIO. The only feature it didn't have was individual loader updates. Otherwise it had basically everything else.
I always suggest it because it's extremely light on the battery, the ROM performance is perfect, the RTS is stable and simple, it's easy and highly customizable, homebrew soft-reset, and so many other features. I personally think it's the best kernel next to akAIO and it's also why I always suggest the R4i Gold over other carts.

I too can verify that the R4i Gold (http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149) is a good reliable card with all the features you will need, at a pretty good price. You COULD just use TWLoader but that's still fairly limited in what it can actually play and how well it can play it, so flashcards are still the way to go.
