Awesome app but just one question, is there a way for it to stay in emunand? I have an out of region POkemon and it won't let me play online because of the system update and NTR CFW doesn't work for me :/

Nope, the sysnand reboot is called by the syscall used to bypass region check.

This was originally made for CFWs before they had region-free build into them.
There's also no reason to make a .3dsx as the homebrew launcher already includes regionfour (the upgrade to regionthree, which this is based off of)

Final note, don't necrobump threads.
