@lolz5521
Are you using the latest version from here?: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-x-project-5-05-self-host.512046/
Are you making sure you add /index.html to the end of the url? eg http://192.168.0.5/index.html
Which version are you using? V1.5.6 Regular Edition or V1.5.6 UserGuide Edition.
Does it say that the cache installed successfully or does it say error caching?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to work out what could be going wrong.:)
I'm using regular http edition from the OP. it says error caching everytime i open the page, even using refresh. and yes, i added /index.html in the url. hope that clears out for you.

@lolz5521 Have you tried deleting cookies and website data from the PS4 browser settings before you try and cache?

1: Press and Hold the circle button until the X-Project window closes.
2: Press the 'Options' button then go to Settings and select 'Delete Cookies' and then select 'Delete Website Data' then press the 'PS' button.
3: Open the browser again and go to the full url it tells you in the Exploit Host Server v1.2.exe window.

I had to google what that app is, but yeah sure, anything that hosts files as a web/http server will work.

I used to have an app called hotspot control, so I could be in flight mode on my phone, but make a WiFi hotspot without sharing mobile connection to my wiiu and PS4. You could then use any web server app.

@KiiWii i want to self host the X-Project to my Synology NAS but i missing the USB FILES from version 1.5.6 to put in my web station folder :(

hey everyone
i noticed that kernel panics when loading hen 2.1 (ps4 shuting down) drops by about 90% when using a static theme instead of dynamic. don't know if it's just for me.

Very interesting, would stand to reason the UI is using more resources in dynamic.

Nice find.

Hey @KiiWii is there any chance we could get an auto-hen feature on project-x like the one on leeful's exploit host
That would be great. thanks.

IIRC we looked into it ages ago and X-Project would need an entire rewrite to incorporate this, however I think with our latest private Beta we have some tricks we could use to make it happen.

watch this space ;)

Yeah, I think it could be possible now. I'll look into it when I can.:)
