I would imagine an official nintendo LAN adapter would bear the same result, though I'm using a 3rd party adapter as well by Rocketfish.

The bigger question is if any USB devices work with wiivc injections (Wii speak or keyboard in ACCF for example), or if wiivc injection loading has the same usb device issues as usb loading.

Oh yeh I think ur right. When do as VC injection u lose usb support on vwii side
So once u launch ur VC ur lan adaptor plugged into usb wouldn’t work

Can u not just run ur setup on vwii without bothering with VC inject onto Wii U side?

Yes lol, that defeats the purpose, and requires wii remotes. The only way I could get the lan adapter to work was booting the physical game with wifi code patches.

Just wanted to point out the limitations of wiivc injections. Bought a lan adapter just to play wiimmfi patched brawl on my gamepad with better speeds lol. Didn't know about the USB stuff, doesnt say anything about it in the original post or in this huge thread.

I'll just use wireless if it's the only way to use wiimmfi patched games with gamepad support; even if the speed is significantly slower than a wired connection.

You don't need to go to vWii to change internet settings. The settings you change on Wii U also applies to vWii.

Yes I understand, the issue is wiivc injections don't support usb peripherals including USB LAN adapters, so only a wireless connection will work.

More of a limitation on Nintendo's part, I'm aware. I didn't even know that Wii VC games could connect to the internet.

Yup, the game you're injecting just needs to be patched with the wiimmfi patcher. Wiivc can access the consoles Wifi card, just not usb ports. A patched game (in my experience) will connect to wiimmfi's WFC server without needing to change any of your wii u's internet DNS settings.

Any way to force no classic controller WHILE enabling horizontal Wii Mote? Kirby's Adventure Wii can be played without any motion controll (you can use the dpad to super-inhale instead), but it asks to disconnect the CC if the horizontal Wiimote is patched.

Hey guys, I am trying to install Project M onto my Wii U with Wup Installer but I keep getting the sig patch/ticket error. I have Haxchi CFW running so I don’t understand why it won’t install?

Thanks guys.

(I posted it here because I used this program to build the WUP files)

Run Mocha CFW before you run the WUP installer. You'll also need to run mocha CFW to launch your wup injection.

Booo there’s no way to do it with Haxchi?
Mocha cfw is a haxchi app that takes care of the sigpatch stuff when you launch it. If you have haxchi you can run mocha lol, just run the mocha cfw haxchi app before you launch wup installer gx2 and the games will install fine. Like I said in the previous post, you'll also need to run the mocha app to launch the game.

I'd recommend this haxchi app (the Wii U Homebrew App Store), because it can download useful apps like mocha cfw and wup installer gx2

Hi. I've read about 30 pages back and wasn't able to find a fix so... I've attempted to inject a Gamecube game a few times now and I always end up with the same error message after the program stops responding about being unable to find acess path C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\TRemp\WiiVCInjector\SOURCETEMP\TIKTEMP\tmd.bin

Does anyone know what is going on?

I'll try this the first chance I can get! I have my system auto-boot into CFW built from Brain Age DS. Does that make a difference? I'm able to install (and play) everything else I've built from this app--but I will try the Mocha thing as soon as I can. Will report back after! Thanks for your help!!

That’s odd. Haxchi or cbhc should be more then enough if it’s just a sigpatch deal. I’ve seen many people who had haxchi and mocha not realizing that only needed haxchi and I think that’s the case there. Only thing you’d want mocha for if wanted to redirect hd to act as if was sd card. And i think that’s just the beta mocha.

Yeah it didn't make sense to me either. I mean, I'm not super fluent in all the Wii U hacking tools etc, but even I think it's weird that I was able to create a WUP Installable version of Project M... WUP Installer gets to 100% installed; but then yells at me for not being patched. Oh well!

What r u trying to do with it again?
As in what game. I had looked it up on YouTube and seen this. Not sure if any use to you

Are you patching it to a game or trying to run it as an app. I’m not quite sure what it is even. Just something with the gc adaptor I thought

I have the ISO... used the Wii VC Injector Tool Script app to build a WUP folder. I just want to install it onto the Wii U like all the other games.

Project M is a special build of Smash Brawl that gives it the mechanics of Smash Melee. It's not patching Brawl, it's a separate game.

That script in the YouTube vid didn’t work out of help u?
Maybe that one will create one that u can actually install. Looks like it’s one made just for the smash bro setup

Was anybody successful in injecting 'Trauma Team' into a PAL Wii U? I've tried using the NTSC-2-PAL function in both the injector and the Generic Wii Patcher, but it doesn't work.

There is no #001 or #002 error protection, therefore it must be the video mode. Was anybody lucky?
