Retry. Even in non-modified WUPInstaller there's not error like this ... What are you trying to install and is there .cert and all that stuff ?

Super Mario Maker. I put the id into the cmd prompt, then when downloaded put it in SD/Install. Did I miss a step?

You do know full titles & DLC eshop games do not come with title.tik files on the download. You cannot install without it.

If they have .tmd and .cert this is fine

If I'm downloading a paid game (my example is Wii Fit U), I can install it as long as the tik and cert are there :3

It comes with cert and tmd. Does TMD = tik?

Of course paid games work? Why wouldn't they? Unpaid games are another thing.
