Now I have the same problem as Dr. Drew. Powershell can't run twltool, says it doesn't recognize the command.
I had the same problem, you just have to add .\ to the beginning of the script if you're using powershell, like the example below:
.\twltool nandcrypt --cid [your CID] --consoleid [your console ID] --in nand_dsi.bin --out NAND_DEC.bin

Dude! That worked. Thanks so much!

Mine fails to download in NUSdownloader. Specified key is not valid for this algorithm.
you must run the .bat file and follow the instructions in order to generate the valid dsi key, the file that is already in the folder is just a blank file, it is designed that way for legal reasons.

All I can say is that not many people had much faith in the dsi scene - they thought the dsi just wasnt worth it. But they have made significant progress, and that is a massive step forward. Now I have some questions:
1) Can this run standard game ROMs?
2) When will it be compatible with European consoles?
3) Will there ever be a soundhax exploit for the dsi? (Similar to soundhax on the 3ds, which was sadly patched in 11.4)
Finally, in my opinion there should be more interest in the dsi scene. I personally think the dsi is a great system with lots of potential.

1. Using SRLoader, specific DSi entrypoints can.
2. Probably.
3. There is a likelihood there might but it is low.

˅Looks like I answered quickly (;
