The app works fine until I play the game it loads slower and when I start the game it crashes. It's also the same when I launch the game normally without smash selector.

Well this isn't a smash selector problem. Possibly an issue with SaltySD, your Smash, or the modpack loaded.

It's actually sad that SaltySD/Smash-Selector for now won't load mods if player is using EUR 1.1.7 Smash. I just installed it and there it goes...
Hoping that this bug will be fixed in the future. For now, great job!

Anyone got this working on 1.1.7?
Seems to run and download mods fine, but doesnt actually do anything. Description stays blank and no mods are loaded from any slots.

From what I know from ih8ih8sn0w - if you're on EUR 1.1.7:
"there is currently a bug that breaks saltysd and we haven't found a solution yet :("

As @ChipJockey said, EUR is broken for the time being. But what I've done is downloaded and installed a USA CIA of Smash to my EUR 3DS, works like a charm.

For some reason, it's not working for me. Setup is the same, Luma, US Smash on EUR console... but... my mods won't load at all. There's not even a slowdown. SaltySD Hash matches, there's no need for an update, I've checked Game Type and Region and it should be okay, but for some reason it's not loading anything at all. Not even Hitbox Display. Game patching is turned on and SaltySD is turned on too. I have no idea what am I doing wrong here.

Did you turn on "Load external modules" or whatever in the Luma menu? Otherwise it won't work.

Are you using the USA SaltySD or the EUR one? You should be using the USA version.
And I do. I'm using USA region, so it should be okay... I think... It's not letting me load EUR version anyway.
How do you even check if your SaltySD is EUR or USA?

Check which titleid the saltysd uses.
From luma/titles:
00040000000B8B00 - Japanese Smash
00040000000EDF00 - American Smash
00040000000EE000 - European Smash
(checked with 3DS Database)
All folders have code.ips inside, all are activated when SaltySD is set to Enabled.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Hmmm... Should Smash Selector copy/move slot from saltysdMODS folder to saltysd folder after selecting it and launching game?

Smash-Selector will move the slot when you change the modpack in Smash-Selector. If you haven't selected a modpack and just tried to launch smash normally, nothing will happen.

That makes sense, because I've checked and no mod is copied to "saltysd" folder.
I've copied USM-eM manually to "saltysd" folder and that worked (well, at least title screen worked, I can't catch any other changes). I've also tried that on my characters pack and that one worked without any problems. So... yeah, that's happening.
