Boot ScummVM game directly from a bubble

  1. For now you need to use my build of ScummVM untill the ScummVM team provides an official release. I tried to use the daily build directly from ScmmmVM buildbot server but it just keeps crashing even on normal startup. Here is the commit from GitHub that this was built from scummvm/scummvm#2616
NOTE: Please don't submit any issues related to this build with ScummVM team or myself. This is provided just for convenience before the ScummVM official release.
  2. You will have to first add the games to ScummVM app first so that it detects the game.
  3. Open the ux0:data/scummvm/scummvm.ini file and locate the game in the file. You will need to extract the "path" and "gameid" property from the file for the particular game you need to create bubble for.
  4. Extract the bubble_builder.zip to a folder.
  5. Replace the bg.png, icon0.png and startup.png in the contents folder with your custom images for the particular game.
  6. Run the build.bat and following the instructions. The path and game_id are the values from step 3.
  7. It should build a vpk file. Copy the file to vita and install via VitaShell.

I am not it the loop on this, why take it so personally, though? Its just a video game and a work of fiction, at the end of the day.

I'm sure the devs don't mind refunding my .torrent for it
  • K3N1 @ K3N1:
@Megadriver94, because these devs take child hood movies and make them look like shit expecting to profit off it

Last I read Amazon owns some rights you'd think a billion dollar company could fork more over for a decent game but their last game bricked GPUs so theirs that
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
Be an e-commerce. Build a game that destroy the GPUs. Sell new GPUs. PROFITS!
