tested with a few roms works amazing even with custom ones like psychic seeds, though hoping the freezes eventually get fixed, The sound is off scratchy like I tried each setting none seem to help but all in all this is amazing the only major issue to me is the freezing great job ^0^

Hi all, I've recompiled 1.0 alpha with latest libraries to see if the random crashes are gone, I haven't tested yet, so if anyone tries reports will be welcome
It doesn't work for me. I got a black screen.

I had to update a couple sf2dlib functions to recompile, so I may have messed up something. I'll try again tomorrow, I'll repost if I get it working.

EDIT: @nop90 I can't seem to be able to compile this into a working 3dsx (well, it does seem to work, but there's screen is not shown); I've tried with an old sfd2lib adapted to latest ctrulib and with the first commit in pokemini 3ds github, but I still get black screens even though it compiles just fine.

We're now at a point with emulation on the 3ds where literally all handheld Pokemon games can be emulated, except for the DS ones... which no one's bothered about, because they can be played natively anyway ;)

Rule of thumb. It's not homebrew if Pokemon can't be played on it.

Now, if I could somehow dump saves from my actual Pokémon Mini cartridges, I'd be able to compress yet another console I own into the 3DS...
The dream of 100 consoles in 1 is real

@nop90
I was using the 3DSX build since your first release and now migrated to the CIA, but it crashes with a black screen on start-up.
I'm trying to fix this, but was unable to build it due to a missing header file:
Code:
c:/Users/ryuzaki/Desktop/Pokemini-master/platform/3ds/../../platform/3ds/source/PokeMini_3DS.c:35:16: fatal error: UI.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make[1]: *** [PokeMini_3DS.o] Error 1
make: *** [build] Error 2
Also Video_x1.h, Video_x2.h and PokeMini_BG3.h are nowhere to be found.
I'm willing to get this fixed, since I really love PokéMini and used to play it back in the day on Pokémon Channel.

Seems you didn't read the readme file. You have to download the pokemini source and put the files on my github in the platform directory (where are located che specific files for PSP, DS, and other platforms) in a 3DS subfolder that uou have to create.

All the files that the compiler can't find are in the pockemini sources that you can find here https://sourceforge.net/projects/pokemini/

Anyway the sources on my github doesn't compile anymore with last ctrulib and sf2dlib . I already fixed the code but there is a problem with the alpha channel because the internal color format of sf2dlib changed and I created the alphachannel in the pokemini code with a Trick that doesen't work anymore, so nothing is rendered.

When I have time I'l fix it.

I did read the readme, just didn't know what do you meant by "download the sources of pokemini v0.6". Thanks anyway, I'm going to wait :)
