Yes but that's old and from, like you said, last year. Many new mods have been made since and this is an updated pack with custom tracks and more stuff.

Yes, you just drag the .bfstm file into the audio/stream folder.

You have to run both mocha and SDcafiine.

Meet Mario Kart 8's first ever Hack Pack, it's Mario Kart 8 Hack Pack. Boring name, I know.
Features

• 2 Completely Custom Tracks, 8 Edited Tracks, 22 Skybox Edited Tracks
• Custom Skins/Imports for almost every character
• Custom music for 7 tracks (I'll probably do a cup a day)
• 6 Custom Karts
• Fidget Spinner Water Propeller
• Edited Text to match with the mods

How to Install

1. Copy the SDCafiine and WiiU folders from "MK8HP v1.0.2 by Trainiax.7z" to the root of your SD Card.
2. In the SDCafiine, replace the "titleid" folder name with the correct title id from your region (see "README.txt")
3. Insert your SD Card into your Wii U.
4. Enter Internet Browser and go to Loadiine.ovh
5. Click on "Homebrew Launcher 1.3 (5.5.0 - 5.5.1)"
6. Click on Mocha.elf
7. Go back into Internet Browser and start Homebrew Launcher again.
8. Select SDCafiine.
9. Boot up Mario Kart 8
10. ...
11. Profit

Everything should work regardless of region, except for edited text. I only have the American version of the game, and I only speak English, so American English is the only region/language edited text will work on.
Is this WiFi Safe?
NO! This is not safe to use in Worldwide and Regionals. This will work with friends if they have this modpack installed. If you don't have friends and want to play with people on MK8HP, I have created a Mario Kart 8 Tournament that you can enter the code and race. No guaranties that anyone will join, however. The code is: 9883-4891-3599

ctgp is possible for wii u but the tools available for wii u custom traks are not on par wit wiis atm.

wii u game graphics are also kinda different leading to modders to contest unknown variables and extra work
