If you're complaining about low bootrates and are NOT self-compiling, I accidentally introduced a bug last week that I reverted and removed a wait loop to boot faster.
Make sure you're compiling the latest commit as the ones floating around could be any random revision.

Google for the filename. There's a pastebin with the same name. Just download the file and remove the .txt ending and you're done

I had issues with Cygwin/MinGW before so I don't recommend using that to compile.
