ooh thanks for the answer..
ignored titles worked fine :D
now I'll ignore all system titles and allow only the games.
Thanks.
NP!

Yeah I did, I use it often.
But, Ironhax doesn't do that, it starts on first icon, but themehax do starts on page 2, upper right one in fact
Weird! Is anyone else using themehax and either having, or not having, this problem?

@mashers, try taking a look at http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list

It lists title ID's. Would this work for figuring out ignored titles?
You'd have to convert them from hex to decimal, but yeah it should work. I would advise against batch converting them and adding them all to ignored titles.txt if that's what you're thinking as this would make loading the title menu extremely slow.

Never mind. The site has no info that I could use.

Now I have a big question as I have been doing some testing on ignored titles.

I notice that some title ID's jump by 256.

So System for me is 1125868626454528 and download and play is 1125868626454784

That adds 256 to the previous title ID.

But this isn't always true. It's just a rough number right now.

But onto my actual question:
How would I make ignored title text ignore things in (brackets)?
My file reads as such

1125868626454528(System_Settings),1125868626454784(Download&Play),1125868626454528(Activity_Log),1125868626455808(3DS_Music)

Is that possible?

I have a little conyept! :)
What do you think?

That's exactly what it does. The file needs to be in /gridlauncher, and you need to put the correct title IDs in the file. The ones that are in the now are just examples. To get the title ID, boot the title and then look at bootlog.txt on the root of the SD card.
Speaking of that, do you think it'd be possible to make it add title idle to bootlog.txt rather than it only storing the last title id?
It would be useful for if you have several titles you want to hide, you can just start them one by one and then put your SD card in the computer to copy/paste the title IDs, instead of having to do it one by one, taking the SD card from the 3DS to the computer every time. :p

What region is your 3DS?

Mine is 10.1.0-27U and I am currently working on system titles for that region. I can share them if people would like?

Oh, I've already hidden all the apps I didn't want to have showing up on the title menu by doing them one by one.
But that would probably be pretty useful for other people.

(Also on 10.1.0-27U here)

Almost done getting the basic system apps. Those are the only ones I care to hide. Once I get the list done I will post them and hopefully @mashers will add them to main post somewhere.

Thats how it works! Just put the a .smdh named folder.smdh inside of your folder.
That isn't how it works. That's folders inside folders, not folders with .smdh files.

The picture is a folder with folders a b c d and e, as well as minicraft(I think), mgba, and the off button.

I'm pretty sure it was an editing error.
He also has selected the region free loader.

Edit: I see what you mean now. My bad. Yeah that feature would be cool.
I did not get it at first :rofl2:

Oh hey, I've noticed something.
Pressing the X button causes the launcher to freeze for a few seconds. Nothing dramatic and it doesn't cause any issues, but it makes me curious as to what causes this.
On the latest beta here (which is beta 52 at the time of writing.)
