it's always the latest build. though you should use the updater included with it in the future because it's easier.

it's not the fault of this launcher, it's Nintendo that broke the spoof.

Eshop spoof for firmwares under 10.1 has been patched, and using default launcher won't change anything. But if you really want to try, download starter pack with default launcher from http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and replace boot.3dsx on your SD card.

you see,i installed the old layout as an app and when the eshop didnt show up in the grid launcher,i ifound it in the old layout and after i tried and failed,the grid launcher has stopped working,it shows a strange static screen after the green yeloow red screen.i want to use homebrew anyway i can,grid or normal.i have homemenu hax on 10.1 o3ds

Just go onto the SD card and delete the eshop.xml and eshop.smdh in the 3ds folder

well...both,but eshop is more preferable..
