Here you go. I tested it quickly, exit with B button works fine for me.

You can use ftBRONY (mod by suloku):

1. go to image to BIN converter
2. upload your image [320x240] and load it
3. mark the 90° option
4. download the "image.bin" and rename it to "background.bin"
5. copy the file to the ftBRONY directory

You're trying to connect to FTP-3DS using a web browser. You should be using an FTP client instead, or at least replace http:// with ftp:// in the URL if your browser is able to function as an FTP client.

A not well known but hidden windows secret:
The default 'file explorer' supports ftp. Where it says C:\etc etc etc just type ftp:\\YourIP:YourPort

I got a non region-free problem trying to use the cia version of FTP-3DS on rxMode 10.3E (emuNAND) (see here), any idea what's happening? I have no problem on my n3DS (with emuNAND 9.5E).

I asked a friend to try the FTP-3DS cia on his rxMode 10.3 emuNAND and he got the same error. I checked on the o3DS 9.2 sysNAND and it still worked (no error). So my guess is on 3DS system version 9.6 or later, the system "knows" of something region-locked that happens to have the same id or something as this cia. Meanwhile the cia from this FTP server is fine.
