I don't think so. The EU and US versions released in the same day, yet the US version was in 3ds.titlekeys and freeshop with a 3ds.titlekeys configuration before launch day even finished.
What is it that you "don't think so"? If there is a decrypted titlekey - you just have to wait for the owner of the site to encrypt it. If there isn't - nobody has bought the game and contributed the titlekey yet.

Where can I go to see they decrypted titlekeys? If just searching the list shows me games that only have decrypted titlekeys too, this means no one in the PAL region has contributed to this.... Oh well, I need to seek cia files.

Google 3DS titlekeys and the site will probably be the first hit. There is a search bar so you can search for a specific game. There's a column for decrypted and a column for encrypted titlekey so you can see if it has just the decrypted key or if it has both.
There's also a website that gives you a complete list of what's available and what isn't, but I can't remember the name.

Edit: found it http://3ds.jdbye.com/

Yup, just as suspected. Missing. PAL pirates hurt me.... Well I mean I kinda expected it, as a lot of stuff like the FIFA games and EU cut the rope (3DS) are missing. Time to seek cias then.... Too bad that traiver's cia got taken down...

I'm using the Japanese one and it works fine. If there's no download play/local multiplayer then I don't think you lose anything by using a different region.

eventually my 3ds suffers framedrops and i m bit scared because probaly freeze while playing

I just downloaded super Ghouls and ghosts on my new 3ds XL and it won't boot does anyone else have this issue?

Just want to report that every time I try to open freeshop after i close new super mario bros 2 gold edition, the console crash at homebrew black screen
Thank you for the great work guys and have a nice day

i began gather the pros or cons for gateway vs freeshop
Freeshop
+Offers games without enter page and use space in your computer
+you can update and put dlc's
Cons
-Its neccesary your 3ds all the time during download
-when you delete the game you delete ALL
-probaly waster space in your SD

Gateway
Pros
+you have the games then you transferred in your chip
+You can Have your SAVES when you DELETE THE GAME

Cons
-any con because i dont know more
summary:freeshop its good but i hate lost my saves in moment your delete completely the games (JKSV dont solve my problem)

This doesn't make any sense. Gateway is a CFW, freeShop is a homebrew app. You can use freeShop with Gateway.

Is normal that, after install some japanese/usa game, the banner logo miss some part? For exemple i download Awekening USA but the banner logo show only the two falchion model but not the text. I use a EUR system.

I updated my 3ds to 11.3...
freeshop is still working, but sound is not working. i cant listen the freeshop menu song... why?

how to repair?

Can I play japanese games that i downloaded from freeshop online on my EU 3ds or will it result in an ban?

If you're going to do that just don't go online in that game but other than that your good.

you need to DSP dump again?

how?
I am writing from spain, my english is not very good.
My freeshop was playing music in the menu, but when i updated to 11.3, i lost this sound.

EDIT: oh, you mean RUN DSP DUMP app in homebrew launcher?
I cant try, homebrew launcher is not working in 11.3 :(
