The titledb admin must've changed it to HTTPS, however the 3DS doesn't recognize my cert. Just scan this:

It must not be downloading for some reason.

Don't know why this would happen. First, now that time has passed, try it once more. And if it still doesn't work, try to delete the directory sd:/3ds/data/freeShop/ and try again.

ok... actually i m confused my 3ds have RAM issues for run pokemon moon gba games and smash game?
i dont know my 3ds have nand and i dont know couple things about my 3ds only know create backups and using freeshop wisely
my version its the last version of 3ds and my home menu its conformed for FBI freeshop mii plaza etc cetera
nand its part of FBI? all time people says NAND in context but i dont understand my 3ds have these NAND

after trying this it tells me invalid title key format, forgive the spam i didn't know if you personally would get a notification if someone replies or not as i am new to these forums so i'm trying this; Is there anything else i can scan as a US n3ds user ?

Did you use star updater to update luma? If you did, either use luma updater or update manually.

I updated and am still getting said issue. trying uninstalling and etc but no luck so far.

Then maybe you're probably not using the correct encrypted keys (encTitleKeys.bin).

That QR code is for FBI installer, not for freeShop title key file.

I'm having download issues....I'm on a home network and freeshop worked great but now it isn't doing so great....

First it goes to 8kbs, then it retries, fails and suspends the download and starts again.

Get arm9loaderhax if you don't already have it, and make sure Luma3DS is updated to 6.6 or higher.
