Not sure why, but pokemon sun and moon don't appear in my free shop. made sure I had the latest title keys. Just found it weird if others are getting their game there xd

try deleting the freeShop folder on the root of your sd card.

Tried it, it still doesn't show up. I can download the encryption key by fbi though if I have to. Just very bizzare

It didn't show up for me until i updated the keys with the qr code.

I read the thread from the day the first sumo banwave hit and the question didnt seem to apper so:

Does freeshop work on a banned 3ds?

From what i understand freeshop works much like scanning a title key qr code in fbi, then downloading the files from nintendo? If so, it shouldnt work then? Because i tried fbi qr install after a 022 ban and it will download the files for the game, but eventually say somethings gone wrong (like it has to download 3 files per game usually, so 2 tiny files and the second thats usually downloaded is the game file itself, and it fails after the game file)

When i download the .cia installer file from the official site. I place it under SD:\cias and then i start FBI and go to the file. My only option is copy,paste,delete. Why doesnt install show up? I have just today CFW hacked it with lluma and all that and it all went fine. I know its a noob question, just couldnt find any answer to it when i googled.

Could you take a picture of the directory with the CIA in it? You're positive it is a .cia file, not a .zip or anything else?

Try just renaming the CIA to "freeshop.cia" without the 2.1.3 bits in the file name. There's a possibility that those periods could be confusing FBI into thinking that instead of it being a .CIA it is a .1.3.cia file or something!

updated to latest 11.2 as recomended in system settings. I just followed the guide from scratch (https://plailect.github.io/Guide/)

That's extremely odd, but it looks like this isn't an issue solely with FreeShop then, so you might want to ask in the FBI thread. Even though this is a FreeShop discussion-only type thread, I'll offer this bit of advice: try going to FBI while connected to WiFi and scroll down to "TitleDB". From there is a list of a bunch of homebrew applications that will download and install automatically upon selecting them. That way you might be able to get around the issues you're having.
