yeah, it is. I was just using a little shorthand. if I search "TWL-N-KPNJ" I get nothing. if I just search KPNJ I only get CTR-N-KPNJ which is not what I want.

CIAngel/FreeShop don't have any control over those IDs, they are guaranteed by our source for keys to be the proper data for the given key (As retrieved from Nintendo's servers)

Yes, I understand that CIAngel and Freeshop have no control over the what keys they do and don't have access to. All it means is that nobody with CFW has yet to decrypt the game I'm looking for and input it into the database that we all use for these homebrew applications. Anyway, the game exists, and this right here is a list of Japanese DSiware applications along with their serials, as a reference. If you search "kpnj" you'll find it corresponds to "chotto panel de pon" (ちょっとパネルでポン). If you look at the URL of the Nintendo page, it contains "/kpnj/" so clearly it DOES exist, it's just that CIAngel and freeshop don't have access to it and won't have it in their database until someone buys it, decrypts it, and submits the relevant information.

anyway, my original question is no longer relevant since I've found that CIAngel and Freeshop do not currently have the title in their library. However that doesn't mean they can't GET it, and I'm hoping that someone out there with access to the title can buy it and supply the keys. I would even paypal the money needed for the purchase (500 yen, which is like $4.50. no big deal.)

Holiday week, time to work on some freeShop stuff again

I'll finally get to adding system keyboard and ability to search by product code or title id.

Then I got plans to redo the whole game info page. I'm going to have it load screenshots in the background after showing the page, then it should open game info very quickly instead of delaying.

Then maybe add some other stuff if I have time.

I don't know if this question has been posted before (and I honestly don't have faith to search in the 198 existing pages for that), so I'll do it:

Does anybody know why the download speed on FreeShop is capped (at ~ 1.6MBps) and if there is a way to lift the cap ?

I have a decent connection (12MBps), it's a bit annoying to have to wait for that. Is it a software limitation ? A hardware limitation ? Something from Nintendo ?

EDIT: This apart, I had to say FreeShop is an awesome software. Thanks a lot for it !

The consensus is on hardware limitation. But yeah 1.6MB is about as much as you can get.

That sucks, especially on a N3DS (I could have understand if the problem had been corrected since the O3DS like the WEP keys on the original nds, but hey, guess we'll have to wait for the Switch).

I have a problem, I've got freeshop on my spare o3dsJ and I've set it up to download Pokemon moon/sun, it gets to the end of the download but fails, I even tried with tikdevil to download from Eshop itself but that fails at the end aswell giving me a 007-6037 error, any idea what the problem is?

There's more to their post than what you quoted.

If neither FreeShop nor TikDevil+eShop can install something, it's a problem with their CFW or their internet, not the apps.

I think it may be the SD card, I'll reformat it and try again

I started a queue of games downloading and decided I wanted others to be closer to the top so they downloaded first.

Pressed the arrow top move them up and they actually got put in front of the game which was already downloading, suspending it's download.

Only the suspended game installed correctly with the others saying 'failed to install ticket correctly 0xD8A08004'

Restarted the console as mentioned in the OP and it's running fine. I'm just posting to pass this info on as the OP also said so there's a chance of fixing it

I also have no idea why my text is in bold. The bold option isn't on hahaha

I'm trying to download pokèmon moon (i've also tried megaman X 2 just for testing) but it keep crashing after starting to download
