Sorry if this has been asked but why can't you download games with the console closed? Do you have any plans or ideas on how to fix it? Could there be an option to not let the console enter "real" sleep mode on a future release so you can close the console?
Also I freaking love your work, man. One of the best things that has come out of the 3ds hacking scene :D
Thanks. The issue is that I haven't figured out how to keep network service enabled during sleep. They automatically sleep and are shut down, and that stops the downloads. It will be fixed when it's figured out how to do it.

Nobody has solved this issue yet. If TheCruel the fixes it he'll be the first.

Is anyone else getting the error below when you try to download things?

"failed to initialize TMD install: 0xC86044D2"

I've seen some apps that could prevent the 3DS from entering Sleep Mode, Nintendo 3DS Sound or even Smash when playing music with a certain setting.

I have a question:

A number of times, my 3ds has failed to install a game and returned an error, or I have been forced to turn off the console during a download.

Will those files that WERE downloaded still be on my sd? If so, how would I remove them?

You don't need to worry about deleting anything.

One of two things will happen

1. The download will resume from where it left off when you reboot into freeShop
2. You'll have to restart the download

I don't believe so. Just last week I had MH4U fail after downloading a couple GB and FBI showed that I had 12GB space free both before and after I did it.

If could be different if you force reboot it, but I doubt it.

Hahahaha! I finally decided to try this out, and holy hell, this installs a lot faster than installing cias from that iso site! Is there a way to find DLC? I cannot seem to find any when I search...

Also, I feel kinda like a dick for pirating games off the eshop, but it's too good!

Then u should feel like a dick pirating cias off that ISO SITE

Hey, TheCruel. Can I request an FAQ in the main post please? For common issues like the "failed to finalize TMD install" error that seems to pop up a lot. (Even I haven't found a solution to it)

On another note, this is a really nicely done app! Absolutely amazing. If I may make a reccomendation, maybe a future update could come with the option to set a custom wallpaper...?

Well, the platform filter is useful, but the publisher filter is a bit too much lol (there are 150 publishers disregarding some exclusive Japanese ones):

I'll probably remove the publisher filter list and just keep it internal, so you can click on the publisher in a game listing and it will filter games with same publisher or something. I'm already pushing the framerate down with the unoptimized rendering I have now.
OMG OMG OMG, This is INSANE!! I also cant wait for the UPDATEs to be downloadable. Amazing work!!!

hi!
I have sysNAND 9.2.0-20E (upgraded from 7.2 with rxTools 3.0) and redNAND emu 11.0.0-33E,in other words I followed this guide from Plailect and done part 1 and part 3 and stopped there.I installed FBI prior to redNAND to update my sysNAND.I have downloaded the required files for the freeshop to work (Freeshop 1.2.2 cia + encTitleKeys.bin) and created the new folder in my sd card. What are the steps for it to work on my 2ds?Is it installed on sysNAND or redNAND?and how to do this?
(sorry for my retarded questions, I am very new to all this...)
also thank you for providing freeshop even If I won't be able to install it

Just install the CIA on RedNAND using FBI.

Don't forget to update encTitleKeys.bin from time to time (you can use this app).
