just go to this url https://github.com/Cruel/freeShop/releases and download the latest CIA and install it but don't forget to create freeShop folder in the root of your SD card and put in the encTitlekeys.bin.

in the "fake" sleep mode, yes. in the 3ds "real" sleep mode, no

If I try to download more than 78 games at once, then the app crashes in the queue. I know, it is is not really cool to download that much games, but I think it is still a bug.
