title keys site seems down any other site i can get the keys file for free shop to accept?

It's up right now. There might be title keys floating around, but I'm not aware of any site that handles it.

Hi. I'm still having the problem with freeshop where I go to boot it, and it just hangs at the "homebrew" screen and never starts. I think it started after I updated my 3DS to 11.3.

I have A9LH and Luma installed, and everything else I have works just fine. The only app that doesn't work is freeshop.

I've already uninstalled it, deleted the folder and everything else that was said to do on here.

Is there something that happened because of 11.3? Something I forgot to update? Luma is updated, HBL is updated. I don't know what else to do.

And CIAngel is icky :<

Please help.

Nevermind, updating Luma to the newest nightly build fixed it.

My mistake seems it was on my end. i, guessing my service provider istn letting me access the site. site would just time out.. Tried on friends wifi and went threw perfect. Thanks

Not exactly sure how it works, but what you're doing could get you banned by Nintendo. Apparently they frown on out of region titles. The eShop can't find your update because it doesn't "have" it. You can't update out of region games. You're just going to have to go download the updates from that iso/chaos site.

When you say blank screen, do you mean the Nintendo 3DS logo black screen or is it really a black screen with nothing on it? If it's the screen with 3DS logo, it usually means you're missing the seed. Go in FBI, go to Titles, find the game, and Import seed.

Usually the seed is automatically downloaded when the game is installed by FBI, freeShop, and CIAngel. Only time I've seen it be an issue is with preloads, bad/no internet connection, and some weird instances.

This was easily fixed by just taking the files from the other 3ds and putting them in the 2nd 3ds's eshop folder, but I'm curious why this happened. Has anyone else experienced this?

It grabs the eShop music from your system. If you never used eShop, it probably never downloaded the music.

Maybe I am missing something obvious. Is there a way to put both screens to off when downloading a large queue? Only the top screen turns off and the bottom screen dims. Ideally both screen would be off so there's no burn-in issues. Is it a current feature that could achieve this?

Use eShop or FBI. That's the only current solution. I think it's being worked on. No ETA.

I already used this to get games my brother and sister don't have files for me (Fate, Super Mario 3D Land) and games I had on my old NNID. (MK7, Mario Kart GBA) But when I launch sticker star, I get a error message. Here are my 2ds'es traits.

Try visiting the game's page in eShop. That will give you the seed.

It's you. I see it on the title key site. Not sure about the cache. My suggestion would be to read the OP so you can understand how freeShop works. This gets asked almost every week.

Edit: I remembered that it got on freeShop several weeks ago. So it's definitely you.
