Did the download speed get slower with the new update?

Im getting a crash whenever fs reaches "loading game list". I tried removing /3ds/data/freeshop and compleatly uninstalling and reinstalling it with no luck

any tips?

I had the same problem The buffering animation would stop, and it would crash. Then, I would be back to the home screen with an error message. Somehow, I fixed it. Here's what I did:
1.) Removed that Freeshop file on the SD card.
2.) Re-downloaded the CIA file and reinstalled it.
3.) First time using it, It crashed on me. I turned my 3DS off and back on.
4.) and it just worked.

So you are using 9.2sysnand + 11.2 emunand, right? What cfw? Luma?

RXTools is SO deprecated. Change to Luma3DS. Btw, I'd recommend you to install a9lh flashing your emunand into your sysnand too.

Whenever i click download, 3ds says There is a Problem you have to reboot. 11.2 with Luma

And does it crash every time the screen dims while not downloading? Try it once more. I cannot get it to do that.

No, I'm using the new 3ds, I've tested it 5 times and it's crashed every single time, I can't seem to figure out why.

I know it's dumb request but is there any chance in the next version you'll add just some simple splashscreen so it doesn't have that ugly plain "homebrew" one?

I took my music off of a youtube video:
It might be crashing because of how long the music was but I'm not entirely sure. It could also be because I put it in .ogg format.

.ogg works wonderfull for me. Try reducing file size and export using Audacity

Or even better:
1: Go to http://smashcustommusic.com/11312 and click "Download BCSTM"
2: Put that .BCSTM on SD:\3ds\Data\freeShop\Music
3: Start freeShop
4: On the touch screen go to settings and then go to the "Music" tab
5: Select the "Play selected music" option and choose your .BCSTM
6: ???
7: Profit
EDIT: Try to rename the .BCSTM if freeShop doesn't detect it
