Try sockfile. It might be an issue with the client.

i have the "diseases and NSFW" (aka, you can't sue us, it's your fault if you get hurt) injection edition
to update fbi i had been creating a new injectable file using the old HS.app backup and reinjecting using decrypt9

there must be a better way...

not sure if i can install the CIA version.. (the HBL edition doesn't work properly on this setup, other people confirmed this)
Plaictecs guide uses the diseases and nsfw injection way.. not sure if it's for a special reason or as a measure to prevent online ban (however it makes us install hbl launcher as a cia.. and not inject it..)

FBI pulls information straight from the title's SMDH data. Some (mainly system titles, etc.) do not show information simply because they don't have any information to show.

I especially love the network installation possibility of CIA's, together with socket punch. In a future update, could you add the possibility of ticket install over the network?

Is there any specific reason the latest FBI sometimes crashes with a black screen or red and yellow screen when using the CIA version?

Plaictecs guide uses the injection method because you have to do a system format multiple times during the process (CIA version gets wiped by a system format but the injected version doesn't).
Stop using the injected version and just install the CIA.

Side 1 FBI
Side 2 V2
Side 3 FBI
Side 4 V2

Just so everyone knows, using FBI in emuNAND to edit CTR NAND actually edits SysNAND, despite it being done from emuNAND.

I bought some hardmod-ready MicroSD adapters a while back, and they will really come in handy for me now.

I copied and pasted an edited SecureInfo_A from my SD card to overwrite the existing SecureInfo_A.

I just want people to know about this so they do not end up with a brick like I did today.

It shouldn't, as it goes through the 3DS OS. Either you were actually booted into sysNAND or your CFW isn't completely redirecting NAND access.

I was using FBI 2.0.5 in Gateway emuNAND.
