im using Mario Kart ds, i want to change the texture for Waluigi Pinball

Then i would recommend using MKDSCMLast (search on gbatemp)

thanks. now i can change the color for mario.. well. testing a custom rainbow road.. but later... i will use the SEQ_CIRCUT2 (I will use the Beta MKDS. and save to my hard drive.) and i will put on my Hack

I wish it was, but sadly, @Gericom does not work on EFE anymore and no one else has had the interest and programming experience to implement it yet. Texture importing and DARC editing (not extracting) would make EFE much more useful and turn it into a go to program for 3DS ROM hacking.

MKDSCM is buggy though. somebody should take over MKDSCM and debugging the whole app

Perhaps he is too busy, but then again, it seems that every time I click on his username or profile pic, it says that he was online on GBATemp earlier in the day.

Here is some excellent news:

He is working on it again and has made incredible progress on MOFLEX videos!

I am currently working on decoding moflex files. I can demux the streams already and decode I-Frames of the video. I am currently working on the prediction frames part. After I finish the decoder, I will probably try to make an encoder aswell.

I think I will put it into EFE after it's finished. It is currently separate, but merging won't be difficult.

Opened this program to open smash's cro.sarc, but it stays on this screen no matter what I do - 'edit' has nothing under it, tools->options does nothing, help doesnothing. On WXP.

As stated in the OP, you have to right-click EFE.zip and remove the external sources block BEFORE unpacking the software.
