Use what I have attached. It's a new cia version that does the same thing but a little differently.

Thank you for this!! Worked great on 11.3 and a 7.0.1 Luma nightly build.

I have been trying to do a DSP dump for about 5 - 6 months now. Everything I try to launch from HBL (which loads alright) has been freezing for me and I can not find any reason why - even through different entry points and system configurations. I've been running Luma and a9lh since firm 10.7 on n3ds. Every new version or release of HBL or Luma that I've tried since end of '16 (when I first learned about dumping the DSP) I hoped that it would be corrected - to my disappointment each time. Now I can uninstall HBL as this was the only thing I cared about using it for.

Yes a proper release would probably be appreciated by others like me haha.
