They're not losing money on it by not publishing it because it costs more money to publish it on Vita than they would get back through sales. The console version of Cyber Sleuth sold much better than the Vita version, and while the Vita sales weren't bad, it was hardly enough to get them to trust that the Vita would make them back the money it would cost.

It costs a lot of money to get a game published on Sony systems even if they go Digital-only.
 
Wow I would have never thought this day would come. Great job OP.

Just when I was a bit peeved we weren't getting an english vita version.

Now I wonder how many other Chinese games include the whole english text but are never released in english.
I would have bought an english asian version. If I like it I might support it on PS4 (when I get one this winter).

Messed around with it a bit, just the tutorial and a little bit in. This localization is not perfect, almost feels like its just a placeholder for the proper localization. It still uses the original names of the Digimon (Omegamon instead of Omnimon for example), ran into a few typos just from the tutorial alone "will het it do its special ability", and just poor grammar in general.

It's still playable and obviously appreciated, but there's probably a reason why they hid this.

It wouldn't be a placeholder since it was found in the Chinese version.
If anything it'd be the Asian Region English translation, and those are never good...
I mean, look at SAO Hollow Fragment's Asian version (not that the US version was any better...)
 
I honestly wouldn't know until recently I pretty much never touched my Vita it was why I specifically worded it as "feels" like a placeholder vs flat out saying it is. Either way this is definitely not an official translation meant for us.

No problem! it seems I uploaded a semi finished version of it! It will take 1 hour to finish so hold tight a little bit more! :)

Are both file the same name? If it is how could I have both single file in 1 cpk so that I have it in full translation?
 
Were there any updates avaliable? Does someone of you guys know that? :)

I mean for the chinese version, any patches?

Yep, the latest update I got was 1.02!

If it's bad enough i'm sure someone will mess around and fix it, at least it's translated for the most part so it wouldn't be too hard i think.

Maaaan 15 Minutes? :D I had to wait several month because of the "late" release of the english version :D
